The rooms were well-organised and big size with an electric kettle, a fireplace, and central heating. I loved the good and stunning location in the nice area.

Staff were good and breakfast was great. The hotel location was awesome close to all attractions. Plus, it was next to different restaurant at extra costs, the Carpathian mountains and Wojanow and Karpacz.

Spacious and well-priced apartments with a balcony or patio are a great feature of this hotel. The sauna shower was a nice touch and added to the relaxation factor. the complex was well-designed and offered healthy and varied breakfast options that were enjoyable.

The staff's lack of language skills was frustrating, especially when it came to important instructions and information guides that were only available in Polish. The room itself was smaller than expected and the fireplace was not as user-friendly as advertised.

We had a great time during our 3-night stay; the breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions.

The apartment we had was super spacious, ensuring a calm and undisturbed stay, despite the hotel being popular among families. One of the best features was the option to buy a cup of mulled wine and cozy up in front of the fireplace - truly an AMAZING experience.

My stay at the Osada Sniezka Aparthotel was great. The rooms were very big and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The hotel had a lot of facilities, including a well-heated indoor pool with separate areas for adults and kids. The staff were very helpful and the location was perfect. I especially liked the nearby Italian restaurant.

Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of yummy stuff. The spa facilities were great, especially the facial treatments. The shower system in the apartment was a relaxing treat after a long day of exploring the city. The staff had a good attitude and were helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient for accessing key city attractions. We also enjoyed the instant coffee and tea bags provided in each room.

Only a small percentage of the staff spoke English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better, as we did not receive new bathroom towels and the overall cleaning was lacking.
